The Sinkaus family would like to welcome you to The Green
Ridge Club banquet facility. Located in Scranton's historic Green Ridge section, this stately building has been
a landmark of the city since 1901.
At the Green Ridge Club, we specialize in weddings seating up to 200 people, but can also be the perfect
setting for a variety of other events including: showers, christenings, rehearsal dinners, or after funeral luncheons.
We are proud to have a family owned and operated business. Our professional staff is there to help make your
experience a memorable one. Julie Sinkaus, owner and consultant, will assist you in your event planning needs from
your first visit to our facility. Julie is also at each event booked to guarantee you that personal touch
Philip Sinkaus, Chef de Cuisine, is a 2004 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. His menu
includes an array of handmade hors d' oeuvres, enticing buffet ideas and original entrees as well as a few family favorites.
