At the Green Ridge Club, we specialize in weddings seating

you that personal touch Philip Sinkaus, Chef de Cuisine, is a 2004 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America,
Hyde Park, New York. His menu includes an array of handmade hors d' oeuvres, enticing buffet ideas and original entrees..
